CLUBTICKET UNLIMITED FAQS
When do ClubTicket Unlimited tickets drop?
New ClubTicket Unlimited tickets drop every Sunday at 12:00.
Tickets are usually released around one month before the event, so check back every Sunday to see what's new.
ClubTicket Unlimited allocations are limited, so we recommend claiming your ticket once it drops.
How do I claim my ClubTicket Unlimited ticket?
Make sure you're logged into the ClubTicket account linked to your ClubTicket Unlimited membership.
Once the ticket has dropped, you'll see the ClubTicket Unlimited ticket option on the event page. Select it and complete checkout as normal.
Your ticket will then appear in your ClubTicket account.
Which events are included with ClubTicket Unlimited?
Look for events showing a ClubTicket Unlimited included ticket.
Not every event is included, but members can also access exclusive offers, discounts and member pricing across selected events.
How many ClubTicket Unlimited tickets can I claim?
ClubTicket Unlimited tickets are normally limited to one included ticket per member, per event.
Each event has its own ClubTicket Unlimited allocation, so tickets are available while the allocation lasts.
Can I get tickets for my friends?
Yes. Your ClubTicket Unlimited ticket is for you, but you can still buy standard tickets or any available member-priced tickets for your friends.
If your friends have ClubTicket Unlimited too, they can claim their own included ticket from their own account.
How much does ClubTicket Unlimited cost?
£9.99 a month. You review the subscription before you pay and can cancel any time from billing.
Are there booking fees?
A free ticket has no booking fee. If a member ticket has a price, its booking fee and total are shown before checkout.
